This is a five-storey residential apartment building located in Berlin, Germany. Main Part Design OĆ was responsible for the development of the structural BIM model and the production of detailed construction and manufacturing documentation, which included CNC files in BVN/BVX format for Hundegger cutting machines.

Coordination: Trimble Connect, which facilitated collaboration between project participants and helped meet deadlines.
In-house Tools Utilized: The following self-developed plugins were used to optimize modeling and documentation processes (available on Tekla Warehouse): MPD EDIT, MPD Timber Frame, Glulam Connections, and MPD QR Code.
